Day Two - 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Project Planning
This will be a hands-on session where participants will engage with
the key approaches to estimating the times and costs of a project’s
activities, and the key techniques for scheduling. The session will
cover the following areas:
- Estimating and Scheduling
- Critical Path Method
- Earned Value Analysis
- Microsoft Project
Risk Management
This session will explain the process of identifying and managing
risk and allow participants to understand how risk can affect the final
outcome of a project. This session will cover the following areas:
- The Risk Management Process
- Risk Identification
- Risk Analysis
